Chrysalis is a digital platform developed by the National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning (NACE) and SkillsFuture Singapore to help enterprises adopt and scale Workplace Learning (WpL) with ease. It offers accessible, ready-to-use resources that support learning implementation—anytime, anywhere—without disrupting daily operations.
Chrysalis aimed at making WpL accessible and practical for all enterprises, regardless of size or sector. Human Resources and Learning & Development professionals, people managers, workplace trainers, and coaches will find it especially beneficial.
Currently for Phase 1 of Chrysalis, we have introduced WpL toolkits for On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Learning Needs Analysis (LNA). There are OJT Blueprints of various roles supporting the horizontal domain across the industry such as Human Resources, Admin, Accounts, Marketing to implement a structured OJT. LNA toolkits to help enterprises understand the importance of LNA and identify the learning gaps effectively are also available. More resources and features will be implemented in Phase 2.
You can find more details in Workplace Learning Toolkits for Enterprises.
Chrysalis offers enterprises complimentary, easy-to-use WpL toolkits that can be customised by the users to meet specific organisational needs. With 24/7 instant access on a unified platform, enterprises stay connected to the latest NACEs’ initiatives, events, and resources, making competency development straightforward, convenient, and high value.
The WpL toolkits are readily available online. Once the link goes live on 18 August 2025, enterprises can visit www.workplacelearning.edu.sg to access and download the toolkits at anytime, anywhere. Fill in the details via FormSG and you will receive the link(s) to download the resources via your corporate email provided to NACE.
Currently, all WpL toolkits in Chrysalis Phase 1 are complimentary to all enterprises. Through this initiative, we aim to empower enterprises to implement a structured WpL quickly and accessibly—at no cost—making adoption significantly easier.
