Certification Launch

The certification aims to help local organisations identify and close gaps in their workplace learning systems, which will in turn enhance workforce performance and improve employee retention rates.

The certification will recognise Singapore-based organisations that put in place progressive workplace learning practices and capabilities. Find out more about the certification processes here.
