Overview

In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development is essential for organisational success. By aligning learning opportunities with strategic business goals, organisations empower employees to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve organisational objectives. At the same time, investing in employee’s career development through personalised learning pathways foster a sense of purpose, leading to increased engagement and productivity.

NACE Led by NYP has collaborated with the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) in the creation of the Workplace Learning Champion Role Badge. This initiative aligns with the emphasis on skills recognition and is crucial to promoting workplace learning within enterprises. HR professionals and People Managers play a pivotal role in driving workplace learning, and this collaboration empowers them to do so through the implementation of the role badge. By fostering a culture of skills recognition and workplace learning, this strategic collaboration aims to encourage widespread adoption of skills-based learning pathways and elevate workforce capabilities.
