Chrysalis is designed to assist all enterprises – from SMEs to larger enterprises – across all sectors. HR and Learning & Development (L&D) professionals, people managers, workplace trainers and coaches will benefit from the initiative. You will find various WpL toolkits to support a holistic WpL system implementation.

Phase 1 (by Aug 2025): Foundational OJT Blueprint Support

  1. Detailed OJT blueprints of horizontal domains are applicable to a broad and diverse range of sectors. These roles in horizontal domains are HR Executive, Admin Executive, Accounts Executive, Sales Executive, Marketing Executive, F&B Outlet Supervisor, and Retail Store Supervisor. Enterprises have the flexibility to utilise them as-is, or contextualise the blueprints for effective OJT implementation.

  2. Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) Playbook and supporting toolkits (LNA Action Plan, Plan for conducting effective LNA Focus Group Discussion, Questions Bank) to help enterprises identify skills gaps and prioritise learning initiatives that align workforce development with organisational objectives and performance needs.


Phase 2 (by 2027): An Integrated WpL Resource Platform

  1. Expanded repository of OJT Blueprints that cover over 20 industry-specific sectors and horizontal domains

  2. WpL micro-learning contents, such as cultivating a learning mindset for multi-generational workforce, the role of leaders in WpL, etc

  3. AI-driven WpL benchmarking and diagnostic tools for NACE Certification.

  4. Latest updates of WpL initiatives and events to learn from the best-in-class.
