EFFECTIVE COACHING FOR WORKPLACE TRAINERS
The training programme will help learners develop the skills and knowledge required to be an effective coach for workplace learning.
Learners will learn how to use effective coaching methods to engage their workplace trainees to identify performance gaps, address learning barriers and employ effective learning strategies to reach for optimum performance.

2-Day programme conducted as Synchronous Online Learning via Zoom, from 9 am to 5 pm.

Programme fee is funded by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) for Singapore Citizens (SC) and Permanent Residents (PR).

Self-paying applicants can utilise SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) Opening Account and SFC Top-up for payment. The additional SFC (Mid-Career Support) does not apply to the programme. Please inform NACE during the programme registration if you wish to utilise your SFC for payment of the programme fee.
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to learners who meet the minimum requirements of:
- At least 75% attendance rate and
- Pass the assessment for the programme
^Learners who failed to meet the above minimum requirements will be charged the full programme fee with no subsidy.
