Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) Playbook and supporting toolkits (LNA Action Plan, Plan for conducting effective LNA Focus Group Discussion, Questions Bank) to help enterprises identify skill gaps and prioritise learning initiatives that align workforce development with organisational objectives and performance needs.

Phase 2 (by 2027): An Integrated WpL Resource Platform

1. Expanded repository of OJT Blueprints that cover over 20 industry-specific sectors and horizontal domains
2. WpL micro-learning contents, such as cultivating a learning mindset for multi-generational workforce, the role of leaders in WpL, etc
3. AI-driven WpL benchmarking and diagnostic tools for NACE Certification.
4. Latest updates of WpL initiatives and events to learn from the best-in-class.
