Unified Workplace Learning Platform

Simplify your journey towards effective workplace learning. Chrysalis consolidates WpL resources into a single, unified platform, making it easier for enterprises to search and access WpL solutions. This unified approach streamlines industry engagement, encourages WpL adoption, and fosters improved collaboration across the NACE ecosystem.

When fully implemented, the platform offers a comprehensive suite of practical toolkits, including:

• Over 100 ready-to-use On-the-Job Training (OJT) blueprints across horizontal and sector-specific domains
• WpL benchmarking tools to measure readiness for NACE Certifications
• WpL Micro-learning modules 

Phased Launch for Maximum Impact

Chrysalis will be launched in two phases to ensure agile development and effective enterprise support. 

Phase 1: Foundational support for implementing structured OJT

• This phase includes OJT blueprints in horizontal domains such as Human Resources, Accounts, and Marketing, alongside a Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) Playbook and supporting toolkits to help enterprises identify skill gaps and prioritise learning initiatives. These LNA resources are designed to help enterprises identify skill gaps and align learning initiatives with their strategic objectives.

Phase 2: Comprehensive platform for WpL resources

• Building on the resources introduced in Phase 1, it will incorporate sector-specific OJT blueprints for industry-relevant competencies beyond generic domains, as well as WpL micro-learning contents, and AI-driven WpL benchmarking and diagnostic tools.

The WpL resources in Chrysalis are developed by NACE Led by NYP, with contributions from various NACE Centres across Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, Institute for Adult Learning/Singapore University of Social Sciences, and Singapore Institute of Technology.
