2-Day training programmes conducted face-to-face at Nanyang Polytechnic, from 9am to 5pm. Face-to-face classes can be arranged for corporate clients with a minimum class-size. ● Use appropriate types and models of mentoring
● Conduct the different phases of the mentoring process - Preparation, Negotiation, Enabling and Closing
Assessing and Reviewing Workplace Learning
● Understand the role and purpose of assessment
