MENTORING FOR THE WORKPLACE

This training programme will help learners understand concepts and techniques for mentoring effectively at the workplace.

Learners will understand the different roles and responsibilities of a mentor and a mentee, enabling the mentor to guide the mentee in developing skills, strategies and capability for future growth and development in the organisation. The programme will also highlight key policies and practices required to implement effective mentoring at work.

Training Dates (subject to change)

2-Day training programme conducted face-to-face at Nanyang Polytechnic, from 9am to 5pm. Face-to-face classes can be arranged for corporate clients with a minimum class-size. Programme fee is funded by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) for Singapore Citizens (SC) and Permanent Residents (PR).

Self-paying applicants can utilise SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) Opening Account and SFC Top-up for payment. Please inform NACE during the programme registration if you wish to utilise your SFC for payment of the programme fee.

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to learners who meet the minimum requirements of:

  • At least 75% attendance rate and
  • Pass the assessment for the programme

^Learners who failed to meet the above minimum requirements will be charged the full programme fee with no subsidy.
