2026 Experiential Learning Trip to Switzerland!
Under Forward Singapore, there is a positive and inspiring vision to build a more inclusive society—one that strengthens lifelong learning opportunities for persons with disabilities (PwDs) and enables them to live independently. Central to this vision is empowering PwDs to fully access opportunities to learn, grow, and work alongside their peers, leading to meaningful and gainful employment. Aligned with this vision, NACE Led by NYP supported by SG Enable has curated a programme that brings Singapore-based leaders from the disability sector, together with champions, advocates, and practitioners in inclusive employment and workplace integration, to Switzerland. Through this programme, participants will study how Swiss organisations enable PwDs to upskill and thrive in employment, embed workplace learning for PwDs, and develop world-class practices that foster inclusive workplaces. Participants will gain insights into how these organisations cultivate environments that promote inclusivity and skills development across diverse disability profiles.
