The Manpower for Strategic Economic Priorities (M-SEP) scheme allows qualifying companies to hire S Pass and Work Permit holders beyond industry quotas. The National Workplace Learning (NWpL) Certification is one of the two qualifying conditions of the M-SEP scheme.
